They allowed me to have an inspection service show up at their dealership to look at the vehicle, provided me a complimentary oil/filter change, replaced the broken hood struts in the car and provided a full detail. - Alim I purchased a 2003 Mini Cooper S about three months ago from Lexington. The whole experience was great! I have never dealt with a more honest sales team and they kept all their promises made to me. I was told the car was in great shape and needed nothing. This turned out to be true. Three months later and it is still running great. For a car of this caliber their pricing was the best in town. It was nice to deal with a dealership that takes care of you, and knows you by first name when you call. They were not able to detail the car the day I picked it up and promised they would send a mobile detailer to detail the car on site for me. They kept their word. This is the second vehicle purchased from their dealership and it wont be the last. If you want quality used cars at a fair price with exceptional service this is the place for you!

It is with pleasure that my wife Susan and I write this testimonial for Lexington Motors of Burnaby with regard to our purchasing a BMW X5 two weeks ago.

I have been looking for a replacement vehicle for around six months for our family vehicle and on two previous occasions contacted Lexington Motors and spoken with Anna, the Sales and Marketing Manager on site. On each and every occasion I have spoken with Anna, her courteous and helpful manner along with dedicated knowledge of her product line was outstanding to say the least. Each time I spoke, nothing was too much trouble and she was polite, friendly professional but most of all highly helpful and efficient, a rare quality in today’s car market. On the occasion we finally decided to come in to view a vehicle, we were met with the same open, warm friendly and professional welcome we had come to expect but in particular, what stood out was Anna’s helpful and professional, non-pushy way she handled us both. In particular, Anna made an effort to direct questions and comments to both me and my wife; something that had not happened at other larger dealerships and this was appreciated, particularly as this was to be my wife’s car. Anna’s product knowledge was exceptional and every question was handled with confidence and in depth knowledge of the car and about the technology which I found impressive. The car itself, a BMW X5 was presented better than any other larger car dealership and looked like new, it was clean, immaculate and showroom condition, Lexington certainly knew how to present the product and they did it in such a professional way. The car was clean and Anna knew every aspect of that car from back to front. Our test drive was a delight with Anna comfortably navigating in the back, answering questions and pointing out key features to my wife which of course was highly useful and helpful. Upon our return, the excellent service just continued on. Our car which we wished to trade was inspected by Michael, the owner of Lexington and this gentleman was outstanding, informed, knowledgeable, highly respectable and fair. The deal for trade in was the best we could have expected and there was no endless back and forth with signed sales agreements, just open, honest negotiation which offered a breath of fresh air. Michael and Anna treated us like royalty, taking the transactions slowly and allowing us to take it step by step, I have to say the best car buying experience by far that I have seen since moving from London, England to Canada fifteen years ago. The whole deal was handled with exceptional service, patience and understanding and I have to say that my faith in buying a used car in Vancouver was restored. The number of large / medium sized car dealerships that I have visited in the last three months was excessive. I have to say that Lexington Motors towers above all these. If you for one moment think that buying a car at a large dealership is better in terms of trades, service or product, think again. Lexington can teach the big boys how to really treat car buying customers and not using a lot of stupid nonsense or pressure selling, just honest, caring and professional business behavior where the customer, you are truly king. In conclusion, the deal was excellent, the service outstanding, the product miles ahead of the competition, but above all fair honest trading. So, if you are thinking about buying a used car, do not be seduced by the big dealerships just because they are bigger, Lexington proved over and over that smaller really does not mean smaller in service, it means that you are in for a treat, an enjoyable car buying experience that make that purchase extra special. A return to good traditional values where the customer really is treated like a customer, run by professionals for professionals and I have to say, I am proud to be a Lexington Motors customer, the difference quite honestly amazing.
